They accompany the kids to the bathroom and are sure of their safety
They accompany the kids during the bus transportation from Schools to the Y
They have internal procedures to report issues (written way and timely manner)

Everything is great. The price for daycare, the caring and attentive teachers (Belkis,Maddie & Hilda), how spacious and clean the classes are, and the fact my child is well taken care of and learning a ton while having fun!

Excellent facility and personnel
From the top down, this branch of the YMCA is run by the nicest people. They engage us in a professional manner, and at the same time, treat us like family. Many activities for all ages, and very family oriented.
I come in 4 to 5 days a week. I use the EGYM and sometimes go to a Parkinson Disease class.
A good place to go to work out. Keep up the good work.
The facilities are cut above the rest. The amenities are superior with steam room, sauna, recreational and lap pools. Multiple fields, playgrounds, children's programs and adult classes and activities.
They make you feel like family.
Lots of class choices. Like the people I meet there.
Happy w all the weight options but need more space to workout. The back is usually used for PT or small group class.
Also,
Would love to take advantage of classes before work but wish there was a 30 or 45 min version.
Everything is wonderful, I love the group classes and the gym. For the kids is the best place to practice sport.
As a suggestion, please update the classes schedule online

We appreciate and enjoy the family programs, especially the Leadership In Training program. Through L.I.T, my teenage daughter has grown more confident and has learned how to be a positive role model for the younger kids she works with.
