I had a very great first experience with Terminix! I just took over the maintenance on my home since I recently divorced at the beginning of the year and didn't know much about Termite and pest control services. I got 3 quotes from pest control companies and Arrow was one of them. I knew about Arrow since I grew up in the Atlanta area in Georgia and turns out that is where their business began. I went with Arrow due to the warranty coverage for Termite and pest control services from day one and the pricing which was affordable, and they even worked with me somewhat since my budget is very limited now that I'm a single mother supporting an entire household with my income and very little income from my ex. The sales agent and technicians were very informative, professional, helpful, and responsive with everything. I was happy and impressed with the service after my initial install and treatment. I have already recommended their company to a lady at my nail salon just by her overhearing me talk about them to my nail technician! I highly recommend Arrow!
