When Arrow acquired HP I was concerned with how the personalized service I was accustomed to and appreciated would change. There were some hiccups in the beginning, but Arrow responded to each concern and issue with professionalism and concern. Today, I received the annual check for my home termite service. Brandon was very respectful and explained in detail the extra precautions he would implement because of COVID-19. I also asked Brandon some additional questions regarding ants. He was extremely knowledgeable. Not long after he left did I receive an email from Brooke (Daphne, AL office) with more information regarding the service for treating ants. I would like to also mention that I spoke to Brooke just a couple of days prior to pay for my annual bills for for pest control and termite services. She was extremely personable and professional.
