When an appt is made, the service person actually shows up and is on time. And, they let us know when they are on their way. Each service person has been very courteous and accommodating, as well as knowledgable. We have both pest and termite coverage. We have been pleased with your company and the one before Arrow "took over". I have recommended you to several friends/neighbors.
