Service technician was friendly and informative. He made sure piping and appliances were in proper working order.Also arrived on time , no waiting for an hour for him to show. All the phone personnel that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. I’ve done business with Griffith for 11 years and they’ve been a great propane company to do business with .

What do you like about our products and services?

Automatic delivery done on time. I have never run out since being set up on auto delivery. What I don’t like is being forced to lock in at a price if I don’t want to be.

I ran out of propane because we both kind of dropped the ball and we both owned it. Lynn arranged to have a service tech to my camp before noon. So pleased with the response. Your service tech craig moshier is excellent too. Very helpful. Thanks for all that you did. Great team effort by Superior .
