I had spring aeration done several days ago.
Last year I was disappointed with the quality of job completed. High traffic areas not attended to as I had hoped. I wasn't home to address this when it was done and didn't call to complain because I didn't want to be singled out.........Anyway, this year, I asked the 3 gentlemen that were here to pay particular attention on these areas. They were more than helpful and appeared happy to address my requests. Very polite, respectful and made me feel like a valued customer. This experience alone has made me want to continue as a Nutrilawn customer. In addition, each time I call the office for inquiries the representatives on the phone ALWAYS address my concerns quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you
