I have recommended this company to 3 neighbors who have all become costumers. The first year our yard was transformed, it was excellent. The second year I was extremely disappointed as we had mosquitoes all summer long. This our third year, is much better. I had a strange occurrence . 5 days after our first spraying this year, it was a rainy evening, unfortunately I had company and we were barbecuing. I have mesh netting on my doors to keep mosquitoes out. Every time we walked in, our house was flooded with mosquitoes(a few hundred) . It was as if you had never sprayed. My company spent the next 3 hours swatting mosquitoes inside my home! It was embarrassing. But happily, it seemed to be an isolated occurrence, sadly, a very poor endorsement for your company.
I find William who sprays very professional and friendly. He always calls before he comes giving me ample notice to ensure my dogs are in the house. Carolee is a pleasure to deal with. She responds very professionally and promptly to concerns and texts! She actively listens and works to resolve issues.
