The manager and staff were knowledgeable and extremely skilled at dog handling. My dog is very timid and shy and they showed such professionalism at handling a dog like her. Other locations had turned my dog away because she was so nervous. One even recommended I put her on anti-anxiety medication. Thank you to the team for handling my dog with such patience and care.

Generally great services...one suggestion, have some sort of bell/buzzer drop off clients can ring when staff is in the back to alert them to the fact that there are clients/dogs waiting to be taken to the play room(s).

An employee is always present in the room during daycare to care and supervise the dogs. Price is reasonable and friendly front staff.
