Mathnasium people are well trained and super to work with. Mathnasium has been critical in making up for what River Forest public schools don't do in preparing students for high school readiness.
I appreciate the personal approach to math tutoring. You have found exactly what deficits my child has and practices those skills for as long as needed to master them. Most of the tutors are delightful and good teachers. Our experience has been that the teachers make math less intimidating by building my daughter's confidence, allowing her to make mistakes and taking time to demonstrate and walk through correct solutions, they also have some fun by taking a break and playing a quick game. I wish the tutors wouldn't change, the predictability of having the same tutor each lesson and building a trusting relationship with each tutor is a big piece in my daughters learning process with ADHD. I understand schedules need to be shifted and staff may change so it's probably inevitable - but the consistency is best for my child.
Overall a good experience. The instructors are helpful and patient with my son. They are teaching him strategies to approach math problems. Sometimes there are some technical issues. I try to have to have them work on areas or homework that he needs help with. We look forward to being able to go in person.
This program is amazing my daughter at this point of school has a 100% in Math.

Mathnasium was a great resource for both of my children who needed additional support in mathematics. Each child was given a curriculum tailored to their specific areas of development to help them understand concepts and strategies to master their math skills and keep them grade level proficient. The staff was great with how they communicated with all of us and incredibly flexible to schedule changes (especially during Covid). I would highly recommend this program to any family looking for additional support for their child.

We are relatively new to Mathnasium but our experience so far has been wonderful. Despite the difficulties of remote environment, Kaitlyn has been exceptional in our introduction to the process. She has been engaged, very communicative, and a wonderful guide! Our tiuto Allison has been exceptional and so engaging with my son who can struggle sometimes with attention. I am so grateful for Mathnasium as an augmentation to what is a challenging learning environment in school currently

My daughter had such a Math-phobia before Mathnasium. I understood early on with Chayna, that learning is not supposed to be frustrating, and clearly we were frustrated with one another about Math. My expectations were greater than my child's knowledge & I couldn't understand. I saw a sign for Mathnasium, decided to give it a try, and almost a year later, I hear Chayna say, "Mom, I love fractions and division!" What?! I NEVER expected to hear those words from her. The tutors at Mathnasium are phenomenal! They take their time with the kids, they meet them where they are, and they have a fun time, all while teaching. Even during Covid, the virtual sessions are continuous and I am grateful. Shout out to Jacob, you're the best! Mathnasium, you rock!

Working with Mathnasium has assisted my son in building confidence in Math. Anthony has been amazing to work with especially during the covid crisis and doing this all remote.
Our son really enjoys his Mathnasium lessons and is building confidence in his math skills. His tutor John is patient and encouraging, which is helping to reduce the anxiety our son feels when doing math. The staff regularly check in with us to see how everything is going. We are pleased so far with the results!

The instructors do a great job explaining math problems to my kids. They have worked virtually during this pandemic and my kids are getting great 1:1 instruction. The virtual instruction is going amazing and my kids are on track. I have been impressed with every instructor my kids have had. They have strong math knowledge and also strong communications skills.
All of the tutors have been wonderful with my son. He is learning new strategies to tackle math and is gaining confidence in problem solving. The tutors are very patient even when my son is not. I’m so glad we found Mathnasium.

Mathnasium OP has been crucial to preparing our kids for middle school and high school readiness in mathmatics. The team there flowed smoothly to effective instruction as adjustments became necessary due to public health concerns. We highly recommend OP Mathnasium.

My daughter's confidence in math has increased since joining Mathnasium. She doesn't stress over her math homework assignments like she did in the past.
My score reflects the changes recently that have made scheduling and communicating with the center. It appears that the business has grown and different staff members are responsible for different part so the business. I don't know who to email or contact. It used to be one contact and one email.
