We came over the summer with my incoming 7th grader. He wanted to attempt to test out of all 8th grade math to be able to take Algebra 1 in 7th grade. The manager was very forth coming that with only 6 weeks of studying for the CBE that this would be a difficult task. I liked that she was honest with me. After testing my son on his level she believed he could take on this task. He went 2 times a week over the next 6 weeks. We were very proud that just 6 weeks of studying he PASSED the Test with an 83 !! Thank you for working so hard with my son !

My son was struggling with math. Basic math facts were so complicated and frustrating to him. We would spend hours working on a few problems for homework. He hated school and didn’t want to go.
We had tried personal tutors and other places like Kumon, but we were not having any success. Then, we found Mathnasium. I was skeptical at first. Sheena at Mathnasium said, “Just give me six months. We aren’t a tutor. We teach them to understand math. He will love math in time.”
Sheena was right. His whole outlook changed. He began to proactively do his homework without assistance. Our homework time now takes minutes instead of hours.
