They took the time to explain why ID was needed and made a note so that on my next visit they would honour the free haircut and they did so. They handled it smoothly, with no hassle at all, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, he left with a great haircut. I really appreciate the excellent service and customer-first attitude—I'll definitely be coming back!

The services and treatment received has always been exceptional. I've been visiting the hairstylist at this shop at Santa Maria plaza for more than 5years since returning to Canada and have not visited any other stylist. The service at this branch is beyond exceptional especially the supervisor Mrs. Ghandi.
