Always friendly a team. The check in system is invaluable. It's not perfect but gives you enough of a ballpark that you can plan your day before you leave the house. I walked right in today even with 4 others in the board.
I love the VIp when I have time. Specifically the head and neck massage. I'd pay for something in the middle just to pay for that and not the full wash.
Oh and it was a great haircut too.
