Yoga Sculpt is a great class —what a work out! Katie R is terrific. Love the yoga, squats, push ups etc. Really feeling a positive impact on my fitness! La cañada studio is nice and airy and bright.

The instructors! Every teacher I’ve had has made me feel comfortable - offering variations for poses, reminding the class to go at their own pace, and creating an overall welcoming and understanding environment. Most recently I had Akane and Kailee, and both were amazing! Not only that but I feel challenged in my practice, I feel stronger and more confident each class I take.
I love the teachers who are so kind, welcoming and supportive and engaged. I love the sense of community and the great variety of times that classes are offered each day.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and overall great (especially Vera! I’m so glad she is teaching at Core Power). The schedule is also very flexible. I can always find a class that fits my schedule.
