On the day we noticed a major leak in our home, my mother-in-law was in the ICU and we were trying to figure out how we could move her into our home if she became stable enough. To say it was stressful is a gross understatement. But the team from ATI was a godsend. Nick walked us through the process of reconstruction and Cole contacted us to get started on the water mitigation phase. He brought his team, Erick and Oscar. From that point on, we received nothing but incredible service. Everyone was respectful and communicative. They showed up on time, made sure we understood everything that was happening, took great care of our home and made sure to consider the complications of our Mom's health issues and needs. Any question or concern was responded to thoughtfully. And everyone we were in contact with was so personable and warm. The entire process, while definitely stressful, was exactly what you would want if you ever find yourself in such a situation. We cannot thank you enough!
