Having been in the property management industry for 35 years I have dealt with many contractors over the years. I can honestly say I have never worked with technicians as skilled and conscientious as those with Response Team 1. I had a serious ceiling leak in my upstairs bedroom from a condensate line which caused part of the ceiling to fall with the possibility the rest of the ceiling would also fall shortly afterwards from an accumulation of moisture. Response Team 1 came to my house quickly and worked until the wet drywall was cut out and the holes in the ceiling were covered and secure. The technicians were thorough in moving furniture, keeping the work area secure, and cleaning up afterwards. The final put back was done in two days and the technicians were perfectionists. They were meticulous and the finished product blends so well you can't tell there was ever any damage. I give this company the highest possible recommendation. When you need an emergency repair Response Team 1 not only responds quickly but the stress of the situation is reduced considerably when you observe how professionally the team handles the work, Not only was I impressed with their work but I appreciated the clear communication as well. It is comforting to have confidence that they know what needs to be done and immediately have the problem well under control.
