Gina Encee from Cold Well Banker was very helpful in the selling of our home! She was patient with us and gave us suggestions only when we asked for them! She helped with showings and getting other realtors too show our home and gave us suggestions of what we needed to do to improve our home so it would sell better! When we finally had a buyer, it was difficult to close and she worked the best with us and the other real estate agent and it did finally happen after signing several extensions for the closing! She was helpful with staging the house! We lived out of town and she would check on our house regularly to make sure everything was OK! We’re glad we picked Gina Encee as our real estate agent. We were pleased with her and had a good time talking to her many times throughout the sell of our home!
