Nikki Dauphin is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with. She knows how to market a house to sell quickly for the best price. I closed a month ago for full asking while two houses in my prior neighborhood that were on the market when mine was have not sold yet. She also worked tirelessly to make sure everything went well with my new house and has even helped to schedule contractors for work on the new place. She will always be my first choice for a realtor!
