Student Testimonials
I LOVED it!
The teacher was amazing, the moves. Never sweated that much! Would definitely go back.
Carissa is a great teacher!
The instructor was very energized and clearly enjoyed what she was doing. She gave praise to people in the room and it was easy to follow along. The workouts are also 100% adjustable depending on what level you're at.
I would love if the shades were closed in the C2 room! Especially classes during rush hour
Teacher was awesome
Excellent teachers
It’s one of few workout studios in NYC that I feel like is both a challenging workout and an inclusive community! The studio feels judgment free and super positive. I’ve only been going during my first week and I’m bought in because of the experience I’ve had both in class and with the studio experience team. C2 has been my favorite - great flows that are challenging but accessible - yoga sculpt is also a great class and challenging workout! Truly a phenomenal experience thus far.
Teachers are great, very strong.
Studio space is nice.
Love that aspect.
Honestly the dressing area and especially the restrooms are dingy and gross.
Women's room sometimes is down to one toilet. They are dirty. Waste bins overflow at times.
Changing areas are inadequate at busy times. Lockers are TINY.
Showers only run super hot water. Needs fixing.
DRINKING WATER MACHINES ALWAYS OUT OF WATER -- NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
Fix the water situation. It is HOT yoga! We need to hydrate for safety! Whyyyyyyy????
Other gyms have plenty of water in their systems......this really needs to be fixed.
When friends ask about my yoga practice at Core, I say this. Great teachers, poor facility.
Sorry!
Great workout & friendly staff!
Excellent teachers!
Loved Leah! Great class
Heat is fixed and love the instructors. Water fountain is still kinda broken, but that's ok.
i loved the class!!!
I do C3 with Tony at the Tribeca location and the students would like to request 75-90 minutes for this class as there are advanced poses that require more time to be taught and practiced!
great work outs!
I like the orientation on the client.
Teacher rocked.
It’s strenuous but the instructors are all so amazing that you want to do more and push yourself
It was so good, please make a Houston location I’m begging
Wonderful!
I loved Lauren Trainer’s class! It was wonderful to do a hot yoga workout to a Taylor swift music class
The instructor was amazing and her way of teaching was so good. The flow hit and I so sore.
I love Core Power Yoga and all of the instructors.
However, for the last several weeks (possibly up to 2 months) the heat in Studio 2 hasn't been working.
I think there are some amenities that Management can provide to monthly members when something like this happens. Why am I paying $4 to rent a mat when the heat in the studio isn't working?
We are promised a certain standard, and the studio is not living up to that. Due to this, I have been attending classes at a different studio which is not as convenient, yet still paying the same monthly membership cost with mat rentals.
Multilevel classes. Location, space and all the tools needed for a Yoga class in only one place. Good teachers, many classes everyday where to choose.
Classes are very consistent. The facility needs a little improvement
customer orientation
I love sculpt classes. I like the movement and the full body work out that sculpt class offers.
I really enjoyed the heart centered C2 class - forgot her name... 11am last Sunday!
Loved my instructor, Gaby Valencia. Great class. Still sore 2 days after!

The instructors are great at the Tribeca studio (I love Jordyn's Sunday 2:45pm class!), but the cleanliness of the studio (including the bathroom) really seem to be suffering. In particular, the studio never seems to have wipes stationed by the weights or blocks, so everyone just puts their sweaty equipment back without cleaning them. I've heard other people in class mention this, and the classpass reviews reflect it as well, so wanted to flag it and acknowledge that I know it's not the instructors fault -- they have quite a lot to handle already!
