Lovely experience, great studio. given that core power is in the business of promoting healthy bodies, I think that you should require vaccination against COVID For people attending your classes. There are other studios that are require vaccinations for classes. I’d be more likely to recommend, and I know lots of people would be coming back to yoga with you if that were the case.

I love the heat and humidity. Classes are always "quiet" before the instructor commences and I love that. Never feel that I have to be perfect and can do modifications based on my desires. Great instructors.

The instructors at CorePower are so welcoming and kind! I always get a good workout- challenging, but not unattainable for someone getting back into a routine.
