Energetic workouts. I really like a couple of teachers who have really used music to compliment the moves. I feel more flexible and happy after my workouts.
Since Erin had returned as manager, CPY Woodbury is back to the peak of its existence. Great instructors, so many classes and times to choose from, a positive vibe every time you go! Kudos to Erin for steering the ship back on course!!!!
I loved the session and it was very good for a beginner very welcoming
