Andy came prepared and also performed and annual preventative service. I highly recommend an annual preventive service agreement. A power outage caused the ups problem and it was fixed quickly without additional cost. Arrow Lift stands behind their work, are prompt, and customer friendly. We have had our elevator for over 15 years.

The arrow chair really served its purpose when my wife had knee replacement surgery. Since all bedrooms are upstairs, it allowed my wife the freedom to use all parts of the house. The chair is maintained every year so that if it is ever needed, it will once again allow us the freedom to move about the house. Great company and professional technicians.

We have gotten a lot of use out of our Stair Lift. One of us has had great difficulty climbing stairs for the past 18 months. The Stair Lift has made it possible for us to have our family live, eat and watch TV together.
When we have needed assistance, Arrow Lift has been there for us, answering questions, giving us tips on its use, and coming to service the lift.

The installers were friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the use of the chair, which was good because minor adjustments were needed. I love the ease of use of the chair lift and it doesn't doninate the stairway.
The installer was very efficient. I asked him a few questions before he started and let him have at it without bother him and he came back a couple hours later and everything was perfect. The salesman was always great. He was very professional and never made me feel pressured. He gave me all the information I needed to make a informed decision and let me decide what fits my budget. I couldn’t ask for a smoother or easier process. My only regret is that I don’t need another lift. This company should be anyone’s first choice for stair lifts. 10.5 stars.
