I can count on quick service when I experience a problem with my chair and Arrowlift contacts me to schedule the routine maintenance. Ezra came last week to do maintenance and was friendly, efficient and professional. After his cleaning of the chair and track my chair is working better. I purchased my chair used in 2015 and I rely on it to take me up and down the stairs in my townhouse condo. I'm 82, I hope it'll help me stay independent as long as I live.
