We decided to try Mathnasium for the first time after getting raving reviews from other family members, who live in another state, and we were not disappointed at all. Naresh runs a very clean, structured and efficient institute. The tutors are all knowledgeable, easy-to-work with and focused. Jesus was especially outstanding. We will definitely share our experiences and we will continue to challenge ourselves there.

I love the learning atmosphere, the staff is very kind and patient with my daughter. The accessibility to appointments is great, and they're very respectful of the family's time. Their unique program is engaging and it's also teaching my daughter to be focused and understand her potential!
The instructors are helpful, friendly and able to adapt to students needs and questions. My student has been attending for about a year and when she is struggling with the explanations from the classroom the Mathnasium instructors have always been able to provide alternative explanations or break the problem down a teach the processes needed to consistently solve the type of math problems that have her stuck.
Grateful for the leadership, culture and approach to learning at Mathnasium, and a more confident child!

Mathnasium in Portsmouth has been a great way for my children to keep their math skills sharp over the summer. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional and do a great job of keeping the children engaged. They find creative ways to make math enjoyable, and my children want to return as a result.
One of my unique things about Mathnasium is the sense of community. My children always look forward to seeing their friends when they go, which makes it feel like more than just a place to go to practice math. The positive environment and encouraging staff have made math something they actually look forward to.
We're very happy with our experience and would recommend Mathnasium to other families looking for extra math support in a fun, welcoming environment.

Two of my sons attend mathnasium. One loves it! He is super motivated to go and always has a great time. His teacher says he’s doing really well in math. My other son is less enthusiastic about it, but that is probably due more to his age and disposition rather than Mathnasium’s itself. It would be nice to see the kids do more than just worksheets all the time. Thanks!

Kid friendly environment - seeing results already and very impressed by my sons progress so early.
The plan is individualized for each student. Instructors are vetted, friendly, and know how to teach. The owner, Maggie, is a strong teacher/instructor and leads her team intentionally.
The staff is so kind and accommodating. They know every single kid that comes in by name. Very happy we found them to help my child catch up!

I have been sending my children to Mathnasium of Rivervale-Westwood since 2020, so they must be doing something right. I appreciate the environment, the focus on learning, and the motivation to enjoy math that comes from the teachers and staff. I am very impressed with our new director, Liz, who has followed up with me and the children to make sure that our Mathnasium goals match our school and standardized test goals. Highly recommend this location for those seeking math support and enrichment!
We transitioned from a different math program last year and couldn’t be happier. Matthew and Drew are one of a kind. The tutoring and practice is catered to the child’s needs based on their level. Easy to book, modify and cancel. Overall would highly recommend.
