Lindsey is a fantastic instructor, the class was well designed - challenging yet fun - and the music really helped push me during the class.
Facilities were spotless, everyone is friendly and I just felt great after my class. I was in town for new years so it was lovely to experience a different studio (I attend Rockville MD usually which is just as awesome!!)

The studio is lovely and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Cara’s sculpt class was excellent! Her transitions were seamless and she made all of the hard work really fun! I look forward to taking her class again very soon.

The quality of the instructors are awesome! You can tell they want to be there! Kelly Su & Anna B. are two of my favorites! They are all so friendly & polite. Each of them has a slightly different approach & technique, which they encourage in the 200 Hr Teacher Cert. I have taken the 200 hour teacher certification @ Core Power. I would highly recommend it. I have a full time career & not sure if I'll teach or not but I learned so much, not just about the history of yoga but also about the effects yoga has on our anatomy & brain.The facility is always clean & classes start on time. Love that they have some cool yoga gear to choose from too!

I love the amount of classes offered at both locations, I usually always find a class that fits into my schedule. I’ve found great instructors that I like to go to. I feel like I’m getting a great workout every time I go.
The Green Hills team is great. Very knowledgeable and dedicated yogis. They make everyone feel welcome (even us guys) and they keep the classes interesting, challenging and fun.
The sculpt classes are challenging, I like the teachers, and the playlists.
Loved the instructor! She had great energy and was so encouraging! Loved the space too - super convenient and around the corner from where I live!
