The prompt response to emails is excellent, after the first visit, we were able to set the standard expected, and Merry Maids has met it each and every time. The only exception is to remove the garbage from the outside bins after each Airbnb guest leaves, so new guests do not see this.

The team provides all their own cleaning products and equipment. The cleaning products are not heavily scented so when the team completes the job, my house is not over powered with a variety of artificial scents. They always do a great job.
A very reliable company. Louise is outstanding as a cleaner and does a great job with the products she uses in the house. The house smells and looks exceptionally clean and welcoming when she leaves.

Very reliable and always on time. The Merry Maid staff are always polite and professional. My mother has Alzheimer’s and they willingly work around her schedule. For example if she got up late and is eating breakfast then they start on the bedrooms first. It takes the pressure off me knowing that my mothers health and safety continues to be maintained.
