My daughter feels comfortable at Sylvan. She is tackling some challenging math problems with more confidence and recalling that problem solving much better with the repetition but not feeling like it's terrible drudgery. They do a great job zeroing in on those learning holes.

When I took my son for the initial assessment I was sitting in the waiting room and two children about my son's age were waiting to be picked up. I decided I would ask THEM what THEY thought about the program and these two kiddos gave rave reviews. That spoke volumes to me. These kids talked about how Sylvan had helped increase their confidence in math and how they felt it had really helped them. I signed my son up that day, and he has really enjoyed going. We've had our first progress meeting and he has mastered skills that he has struggled with all year. It's an investment, but so worth it.
