Wonderful class, engaging instructor (she was right on par), and although we were packed in tightly, there was still plenty of space for the asanas we did. The class felt gentle, but I ended up getting a great workout, and after a couple months of no yoga, my muscles were sore 2 days later—a great sign!
Lastly, the other students were really lovely, friendly people—a breath of fresh air in the Big City to go into a studio where I know no one, and have some friendly chit-chat!
The best and most challenging yoga experience. The instructors are very friendly and welcoming and it make the whole experience enjoyable.
Except the music which in some classes are very loudly, I like it a lot.

Teacher was great - lots of suggested corrections/improvements as we moved through the poses. Calming atmosphere, challenging class (in a good way)
Love the C2 classes. Very nice teachers. Would prefer more 4/4:30 classes.

They used to be a little "snobby & too cool for school" but now a lot more down to earth & humble.
