Customer Testimonials

Matt is absolutely wonderful both as a tutor as well as running the whole place!!

Very friendly, helpful staff who truly care about the child when they are working with them.

My daughter loves Mathnasium. It’s her favorite extracurricular activity. She loves earning points and saving up for special rewards. The director Matthew is always engaging and personable.

My only suggestion would be — for some reason there is a strong scent in the building (Guilford). I’m guessing from the disinfectant spray or maybe the carpets were recently changed? Would be nice to go unscented and/or use an air purifier, etc.

Greatly improved my children’s confidence with math

I am thankful for the amazing team you have at Mathnasium, for the fun and relaxed, yet rigorous and systematic approach to learning you provide. Drew Shelton has been especially helpful to my daughter thanks to his overt communication, listening skills, flexibility and for working in tandem with me to align with the methodology and goals I have set out for her mastery of grade concepts. It was essential for me to find a reliable and consistent math partner in this journey and I’m happy I found one in you!

We have been with Mathnasium now for two years and the experience has been outstanding. My son is challenged on a continuous basis and he has made strides not possible in his own school. We are forever grateful for Guilford Mathnasium and all of their instructors!

My daughter’s grades and, more importantly, confidence has greatly improved from Mathnasium. We love it.

Very competent, friendly staff that truly seem to care about the students.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys the warm and cheerful atmosphere while gaining math confidence each week!
Thanks so much

Both my children love Mathnasium. They love the people and have benefitted tremendously from the support. Matt is responsive to my children’s needs in relation to their current work at school and happy to partner with us to ensure their success. We cannot say enough good things about all the folks at Mathnasium!

We've had such a wonderful experience at Mathnasium of Guilford! Matt and his team are nothing short of exceptional - they have an amazing amount of patience, an incredible ability to connect with kids of all ages and aptitudes and the gift of making math fun! Highly recommend Mathnasium for any kiddo who needs extra support or confidence in math, or the kiddo pushing themselves to get to the next level!

Mathnasium has helped build my children’s confidence in math. I also love how flexible they are pivoting from their own curriculum to what my kids are doing in school and helping prepare for tests. The staff is great and the director is always open and available to discuss progress and specific needs.

We love the easiness of scheduling and the one one-on-one attention our son receives. We highly recommend Mathnasium!!

Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with

Mathnasium has been amazing. My daughter wants to go and loves going and loves the prize earning. But most importantly she loves math and doing math and is excelling in math both at Mathnasium and in school.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Our granddaughters love going there and learning math. I appreciate you signing them in and getting them going. You have a good system of operation.

Amazing and welcoming environment that meets each kid where they are.

It’s the extra boost my kids need and they actually enjoy going! The approach is so much more effective than traditional tutoring.

My daughter looks forward to attending each week and has finally been appropriately challenged in math.

My daughter loves going to Mathnasium! All the teachers are so friendly and really good at multitasking with multiple kids at their table. I am so glad we found this program for my daughter!

Our daughter really enjoys Mathnasium. She likes the challenge, the point system and rewards she can work towards and really likes the idea of working together with other kids in a fun and structured environment.

My daughter’s confidence has improved 100% and the staff is wonderful! I highly recommend this program!!

My student likes it and is learning.

The tutoring program I highly recommended. For many reasons in my opinion. My child was very frustrated, anxious, worried about math mostly days. Having my child attended Mathnasium for one on one tutoring had been very helpful in many aspects. My child is confident, doing well, studying without being afraid, struggling or worried, stressed about failing or being afraid to make mistakes, learning positive lessons, new skills and understanding the math assignments much easier than before and being more prepared for the tests. I am very grateful for all the help and support provided by the tutor. Mathew is an amazing and outstanding teacher. Thank you for all you do for our child. ****you can certainly post this message anonymously Please **** thank you!

My daughter loves coming to learn Math. Thanks for all your support!

It's been a great asset for my daughter over the years. Everyone at the center has been so welcoming and supportive.

We are very pleased with our son’s progress and the results from working with the tutors. He went from an F to a B- from 1st quarter to 4th. Amazing! Thank you so much!!!

My son has just started, and it has already made a positive impact!

Mathnasium Guilford does an exceptional job meeting my child where he needs additional enrichment. His motivation to learn at an advanced pace is matched with the enthusiasm of the Mathnasium instructors. I highly recommend Mathnasium services for any student needing additional enrichment and challenge!

Matt is so attentive to my boys. They want to come each time!
