We love our new Y! After a training class on the new machines we are loving them. And the new treadmills are great too. LOVE all the TV channels that are available. Thank you!

Yeah the gym is wonderful I go to Elise about 2 or 3 times a week and yeah I would definitely let my friends know that this gym is awesome I like it a lot submit

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs for seniors,including the social aspects of the program. I have also participated in the community health programs, both Livestrong and the Prediabetic Weight Loss programs. The instructors were fantastic, enthusiastic, and very dedicated. I have donated to the childrens summer program and am impressed by the family and community focus!
