I love the zumba classes offered here. Its mostly all I do at the Y. I do wish you would have more. I moved here from Maine and our Y in Freeport has zumba everyday and some twice a day offering mix zumba gold and zumba. I do miss not having as many here at this Y.

The prices are fair for membership and personal training and there's lots of classes.
I really wish exercise machines were maintained better. My favorite is the recumbent bike. There's eight of them. I believe that only three allow one to monitor heart rate. The other five are broken.

Entire staff is exceptional. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Variety of programs allows everyone to select a program that fits their abilities

I’ve only ever done the weight training machines. The Y itself is great. Not too big so not intimidating. People are friendly and considerate.

Bardmoor YMCA has been a second home to me since I joined the YMCA. I love the staff and the group fitness instructors. I attend the Les Mills group fitness classes in the afternoons after work (Body Pump, RPM, GRIT, Boot Camp, and Tone). Bardmoor has the best staff! I'm always telling my friends about Bardmoor.

I really like the variety and number of classes. I love Dave's spin class. He is so kind and welcoming to new riders and I always got a good cardio workout. Dave's friendly personality sets the tone for the class and helps build camaraderie with fellow riders. That is exactly what I was looking for in a workout class-friendly instructor and classmates.
The diversity, availability and quality of the many exercise programs and equipment. Absolutely look forward to every apportunity to work out in the pool with Priscilla, and on other days just being able to do some circuit weight training
I like the gym layout and equipment. I would like to see 12.5 dumbbells somewhere. I believe one of the abductor machines needs maintanence. Other than that, I’m satisfied with this facility!
