Lauren is an excellent Physio Therapist, she took detailed notes, listened very well and gave good recommendations for treating my ailment.
Really lovely studio with great facilities. Zinilda has a overly energy, and whilst it was a beginners class, still challenged the room with progressions and assisted with great tactile cues to ensure the best possible form.
It's got great classes, which are very convenient, it's very friendly and the sports massage is excellent too.

Efficient, friendly and professional service
I am not a gym bunny at all but I am a big fan of Reformer Pilates, and Ten offer a fantastic range of classes matched with a really convenient timetable. The classes are run by a team of dedicated, friendly professionals, who are always on hand to listen and help if you have any medical concerns. The classes are fun, and the time in class literally flies by. Physically I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in, which is all down to achievable once a week (two if I can fit it in) Beginner’s sessions. The studio/reception/restroom areas are spotless and I really cannot rate Ten Pilates highly enough. The fact that their studio in Chiswick is a ten minute walk from my home makes it perfect!
