My son loved going to Batavia Heights! While he is only 2 and didn’t say a whole lot about what he did everyday other than “play with kids” he was always excited to go and always seemed happy when I picked him up. As a parent I felt that he was safe and loved while there. It gave me a great peace of mind.

Always available to help. Even through the pandemic and remote learning you’ve found solutions to care for the kids. Having the program free of charge is definitely helpful with everything going on.

I appreciate the quality of care the my son receives at Batavia Heights. I feel that staff is friendly and engaging, and that they listen to my comments and concerns.

They work with the children, they really care about the children upbringing. They work with children on their weak areas and build on. They prepare your child for school.

The infant teachers are amazing. My son loves it here, a huge relief when it comes to trusting someone with my infant child l. As well he gets excited when seeing the teachers/staff, makes it much easier to go on about the day knowing he is in safe caring hands.

My child learns a lot and enjoys being there.

Even with COVID and less interaction with all the staff they have found creative ways to stay in communication and my daughter comes home every having learned a new song or excited to show me what she’s learned for the day, I feel like she has excelled and is brighter due to the program even at the level toddler 2. I thought keeping her home I could have a more hands on approach in her learning and really help her excel but they have done a much better job than myself and I fully trust my child being in their care.

The staff was great and the learning activities really seemed to be helpful for my child’s development.

The kids are very active and have many activities to chose from. The teachers are involved and caring.

My kid loves after care at her school!! The staff are very friendly. She gets lots of enriching activities and nutritious food and she loves playing with her friends. She always wants to stay until the last minute and hugs the staff when she leaves! I love that she gets to play basketball in the gym every day after dinner.
