I like the atmosphere of the gym and the people are very friendly.
Once I’m cleared from my cancer treatments I’m looking forward to some of the classes snd pool classes.

The main activity I attend is water aerobics. I am limited by osteoarthritis in my knees and hips.

I love that I can go to the gym with my entire family and build healthy life habits with them through exercising, sports, and swimming. The YMCA gives my family to have good quality family time together.

I play cards two times a week and have made many friends. If you attend the Lunch & Learn programs you will learn quite a bit not only for yourself but possibly to help others.
