Excellent swim instructors. They are very friendly and engaging. Our youngest was a little hesitant but the instructor made he feel comfortable and confident.
My husband and I are in our 70's, we like to come in early and work out together on the equipment at our on pace. It gives us more energy through-out the day.
Lots of activities for Seniors. Water aerobics are Great! Now to get the warm air back in the locker room and pool area! We know you are working very hard to get this fixed, and so appreciate all you do for the members. A suggestion would be to have some signage by the pool area locker rooms. There have been some near misses when people go in the wrong one, especially new members . A W or M on the walls might help

There are many classes (such as water aerobics, strength training) and activities (i.e. pickleball) to choose from. The Y's hours of operation accommodate my schedule, and I like the friendly atmosphere.

I really like Silver Sneakers. It is a big part of staying healthy for me at 83 years old.

Easy to find
I enjoy the water classes, active senior strength training classes, and the resistant machines as well as the bikes. I like walking in the gym at 5:00 AM since there isn’t a walking track.
I like the family activities and adult only activities.

Variety of group exercise sessions, kids club, pools (indoor & outdoor), plenty of youth sport programs, clean facility, seasonal events, child care programs, and very friendly staff/instructors.
Family oriented and easier to work out with kids than other gyms.
I love the water aerobics classes at 10am on Mon, Wed, and Fri. and the 11am water classes on Tues. and Thurs. I also like the strength and conditioning classes for seniors and Active Older Adults during the day. So important to have weight bearing exercise along with cardio for older adults. Glad to see Durr YMCA is allowing the Thurs. Senior Boot Camp class to return. Tues. class with Jimmy M. is great and really need to have those types of workouts at least twice a week.
Love the water fitness classes. I get a good workout and it’s easy on the joints.

Everything, they fit my needs. Also lots to do for a person my age.
I hope to come more frequently, my husband has Alzehimers and to get away is tricky. I want to get involved in more. Thanks for your activities. I see where there are times for card players but is there pinochle? Just a thought. Thanks
