Just take silver sneakers class but love the pace of the class, enjoy the members/staff and the facilities are always immaculate.

I play cards two times a week and have made many friends. If you attend the Lunch & Learn programs you will learn quite a bit not only for yourself but possibly to help others.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I participate in water aerobics 5 days a week. It is the perfect exercise for my 75 year old body. The instructors are amazing. You get a great workout while enjoying the companionship of wonderful people. Very friendly atmosphere and so good for you.

Our first time with our son in swimming lessons didn’t go very well, but they more than made up for it with the second set of sessions. The instructors were amazing and we feel like our son actually learned A LOT!

I love the variety of activities and times they are offered. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and extremely supportive and encouraging. The facility is always very well maintained, clean and in good repair.
