Always something for every age. I'm a senior and I use the exercise equipment all the time. The equipment is always in great working condition.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I had an awesome instructor for my intro to strokes swim class - Cam! He is a great teacher - clearly breaking down how to improve my form, patient with my progress but also motivating. I will definitely be back in the future to continue my progress, and take advantage of the awesome resource!

I like the kids sports programs. Soccer, Basketball. Is unfortunate prices hace increased. There's no other option that look for something similar somewhere else.

The front desk staff always smiles and welcomes us by name. Jodi and Paula are especially nice and friendly!!!
