Love aqua exersize
Variety I do wish some of the ones I take were earlier ie May Pilates maybe 11:00 instead of 11:30. The 11:30 times right in the middle of the day so can interfere with making appointments, lunch etc
I worked with Cindy at the front desk the other day figuring out and adjusting membership stuff and she was fantastic!
This YMCA has everything I need to get my body back on track. I am going 4 times a week. The treadmills and stairs machine are perfect for cardio work. I then rotate between doing my upper and lower body on the weight machines. I finish up with a 40 minute swim and some time in the Sauna. I leave feeling FANTASTIC!

I only do water activities and have been mainly going to the Campbell Co. Because of the many water classes offered, especially deep water aerobics, a well as how nice your facility is, I’m finding myself at your Y more and more!!
