I just graduated from the LiveStrong at the YMCA Program for cancer survivors. Kristin, Crystal, and Mary are so knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and understanding. I feel so blessed they were our instructors.
Consistency
The exercise class is a lot of fun.
Instructors. Live dance fitness & Nick’s enthusiasm & choreography. Kristin’s Barre class is very challenging & always different & she is so encouraging.
I use the fitness center. The equipment is well maintained and I have easy access to machines I use routinely.
The wonderful instructors and people in the classes are very happy encouraging community.

I ve tried to go to the liter exercise class but is often crowded
I love the water aerobics as it is beneficial to my health in maintaining my lymphedema. I enjoy getting to know all the people that attend and the friendships I have made over the years. I am concerned at some point that I will not be able to come to the R.C. Durr YMCA as it is so far from southern Kenton county. I wish we had a YMCA in my county or nearer to Walton.

Water exercise and silver sneakers and tai chi are the best. Everyone is friendly and inviting and working at my own pace is supported. Ease of scheduling.
