The people and everything's handicap accessible, the staff is very helpful, plus they have 2 shallow water arobic classes daily.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the group exercise classes for older adults. The AOA strength training is my favorite, I wish this was offered more days of the week... its only offered on Tuesday and Thursday. I can't always make the Tuesday class because of scheduling conflicts.

Want to thank you for the solar eclipse adventure. we really enjoyed being able to see it with your help and the glasses you provided. Just one of the many things you do the programs you have. My husband love the time he spends playing pickle ball and enjoying the sauna..

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a lap swimmer. Lately, the pool water has been very clear (not murky, like before), and the pool bottom looks vacuumed thoroughly. Plus, there are no "floaters" (hair, bandaids, etc.). Thank you for the extra effort, It makes lap swimming so much more enjoyable!

I enjoy Holly's Silver Sneakers class but wish there was another day available. It seems to be at full capacity now. I also like the machines but think the NuStep recumbent bikes are too close together.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the before school SACC program at Thornwilde Elementary. Caden is so awesome and my kids love they days they have to go to school early. They asked to go after school as well because they love going. Great job and such a wonderful resource to have for working parents.
