My family and I went to the RC Durr Y for some family swimming fun. Since this is what we did, I can only comment on our experience at the outdoor pool area. I don't know the woman's name who was at the desk at the pool entrance, but she was wonderful. Since it was our first time visiting this Y, I had a lot of questions. She couldn't have been nicer to us. She greeted us each by name as we scanned in and answered all my question with a smile. She gets 5 stars! I found the guards that I talked to to be friendly as well. My grandchildren were so excited to see the slide and splash areas and had a great time. I have only one negative comment. It was a requirement for me to leave my keys at the desk in order to use a floatation device for my granddaughter. So I left my keys. We stayed till closing and when I went to get my keys, they were just hanging on the hook in the entrance office area. The door was open, lights out and no one there. Anyone could have taken my keys and with them, my car. Overall,
we had a great experience there and will be back..but I 'll be bringing my own puddle jumper.
I work out there and the staff is always helpful if I have a question and they keep my diabetic stuff at the counter while i am there. There is no judgemental attitude from the staff.
I think you have all we need to get fit. The pool classes, yoga & different classes you can choose to your liking, sauna, the exercise equipments. The sanitizers within reach. Facilities are clean & of course the best of all nice employees & helpful.
Very friendly staff and it's always a nice place to go
I really like the programs and the availability to choose nights that are convenient to our family.
Having said that, when signing up for the day camp program with basketball, soccer and flag football, I feel the signup process was not forthcoming. I understood I was signing up for each child to go for $125/week which included the sports section of the day. Imagine my surprise that I was informed I needed to pay an extra $120/child for them to do the sports portion of the week. I also assumed the sports portion would be more instructional. I only have the word of a 9 and a 6 year old to go on, but it seems it is more of just playtime and not as instructional as I had hoped, making me wonder if it is really worth the extra money for the week.
I received no emails or any other form of communication before the camp began. I had no clue about lunches, field trips, pizza days, swim time, NOTHING! I still am not getting any communication about the camps. Dawn was very helpful in getting me the information but I hope this issue is corrected by the time they attend their third week of camp in July.
I like the pools, sauna, and fitness area. the fitness area has a nice variety of equipment
Friendly employees, safe environment, and much to choose from! I think it’s time To reevaluate how many parking places are allotted to Saint Elizabeth PT, and return three or four of them to members.
Coaching is terrific and my son has a great time playing basketball for the Y!

I have only used the workout rm. Sometimes it can be very busy. My grandkids use the pool and swim for the Baracudas. Which can be very expensive. So far we enjoy our experiences at RC DURR YMCA
