The atmosphere or vibe! Welcoming, easily accessible, always alive with friendly faces. Community at its best and most diverse. 💖

Also love the instructors: knowledgeable, fun, love what they do, provide great music and make everyone feel welcome

There’s a great variety of programs and activities. Whether I’m in top shape (for me 😊) or (like now) working my way back as I rehab a hip replacement…there’s a place for me. Excited to try the 90 reset thing in February.

You can pretty much come and go anytime you want. Which is what I really like. And you don't have to stay very long.

I use treadmill for exercise. they always work correctly and there are enough of them I can always come in and not wait for an open machine.
the whole place is kept clean. there is alot of parking available.

I really enjoy the senior activities, and in the past have enjoyed the water aerobics classes. Hoping to get back into a regular routine in the near future.

You have a very clean and beautiful facility. Programs for all. I attended a couple of Zumba classes. Enjoyed very much by Holley and Nick dance class. But need more room or decrease the number of folks in the room too crowded cannot see instructor
