Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It would be nice to have extra space that isn’t overly crowded to do independent yoga or Pilates without feeling like you’re on display using that little space in front of the ellipticals.

I enjoy my Silver Sneakers class and the people in it. Holly, the teacher, makes exercise fun and I look forward to my time there.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the caring women in Kids Club who keep my grandchildren happy & active with peers while I work out! The workout room has a large variety of equipment and I rarely have to wait to use equipment I prefer. The facility is bright clean and filled with friendly faces. I always feel welcome and at home!

Pool was very clean, spacious, warm, and bright. Instructor was top notch! Got a fun but great workout.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have tried many of the exercise classes and every instructor has been very postive. I am trying to lose weight and get healthy which is a difficult challege but no matter how long I have been away they are motivating, welcoming and non judgemental. I LOVED the Cycling class I tried last night. My other two favorites are the water aerobics and the yoga classes.
