What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am able to do my laps in the pool. My knees forced me to give up tennis. Now I am able to get exercise by swimming.

I enjoy meeting new people and the exercise classes. I do wish you would have a tai chi class also.

I like that it is non competitive and stress fee. All of the coaches we have had are great and everyone is just there to have fun.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the renovated work out room. Much roomier and more machines. My girls love the soccer program and have participated for several years. There is plenty for us to do at the Y and it’s awesome!

I really enjoy the group fitness classes, they are challenging and fun. My husband enjoys the gym equipment, it's clean.

Love all of the equiupment , treadmills and sauna room. Very clean and personnel very helpful.
