Speaking of...the toilets in the Ladies Dressing Room are very low to the ground. Great for kids and young adults but not seniors or people with mobility issues. I think a win-win might be installing grab bars in the stalls without. Thanks

First of all, I was greeted by three very friendly people at the desk. I was new and they were so helpful. The facility is clean and it looks wonderful. There are so many people around socializing, mostly older people and it made me so happy to see this. The class was fun and inviting. I loved everything about it.
Love the silver sneakers classes and the basic energy in the building. Very busy and vibrant.
good programs for seniors who dont have good mobility. classes offered at different levels.
