I love the deep water swimming classes. It's the main reason I go to the Y. Both instructors are good and I enjoy the interaction with other members in that class.

Everything! I feel like there is a great mix of programs to choose from and I can always find a class that sounds fun when I want to take it.

I have only taken advantage of the water aerobics, but know that there are many opportunities in the classes that will help make us more healthy.
