I like all of the 5:30 am classes but I hope you add more on Tuesday Wednesday. We need that extra spin class back pre Covid.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the selection of classes and time schedules. They really meets with my schedule. I feel there is a good variety of workout classes to help me with my personal fitness goals!! Also the instructors are the best such as personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

I want to give a BIG shout out to Glenda and Cindy who great with a personal smile and they are very helpful with providing good and the correct info. Thanks ladies!!

Cathy Dwyer is an amazing yoga teacher. Roger Williams has an excellent spin class. Your teachers make the Y.

My children come home exhausted. They learn, work and play all day. There is always an activity. Even during pandemic restrictions last summer, they still had a blast.

The staff are very friendly. I like the upgrades to the locker room and showers. once the Covid restrictions are lifted I look forward to using the hot tub and steam room and hopefully you will reinstate the stretch without strain class in the pool.

TheGamble Nippert Y is a clean facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are well trained and try to push you to your limit.
