I feel like lately the group classes have really stepped it up a notch. I’m very happy about that.
I really enjoy the dance exercise class with Zamara. Samara makes it fun and good exercise for body and mind. I have used the exercise room with machines.

they are for all different age groups, including seniors !
The instructors for the group classes I attend are nice, engaging and help make the activities fun.

There are so many to choose from and the attendees and instructors are welcoming and encouraging.
At this point, I don't utilize the programs, just the exercise/weight room, and occasionally the gym.
Sue, the sub for Linda, is a super guide for Mat Pilates.
I wish she taught more classes regularly.
Core fitness is my goal these days. Group classes are my best way to show up and get stronger.

Kendra Barre instructor is excellant!She definitely deserves a bonus for all the knowledge she has in teaching her classes.Also Janus for Wed morning yoga has a great yoga routine. We feel lucky to have these instructors!!

The staff is nice and friendly. If you have a question they are helpful. They appear to enjoy working at the Y.

I think it's a great facility, and I highly recommend it to people!
