Having great exercise classes and enjoying the group of friends I've met since joining the Y.
My husband and I love the Silver Sneekers exercise classes. The teachers in all three classes are great and don't make you feel inferior if you can't do all the exercises as quick as some of the others can do them. It gives us some way to keep in shape on our own level.
You have programs and activities for all ages. So I can enjoy a good work out, and my grand children get exercise, too.

the silver sneakers program the only problem is your class on Monday has on instructor just a vid for seniors you need a live person to inter act with them

I like the no judgement zone environment! Friendliness of staff and everyone! The classes that are given. The options of so many options to choose from. The option to volunteer! The choose to wake up and choose today that you are the one to make the options of becoming a better and healthier living person! The hours! To make a impact on someone or for someone to inspire you to choose happiness! Being kind to one another!!

They are fun instructors are friendly and interactive knowledgeable and encourage those in class to do only what they can and not force or injure yourself.
I like the adult swim programs. Instructor is great
I enjoy Rita's Tuesday, Thursday water aerobics class for the great workout and for the friendships formed.
The facility is clean and so many people and program options. I love the welcoming staff when entering the building.

My daughter and her family belong to the Clermont County YMCA They live in Batavia. She and I took the children swimming. To get them out of the house for a while. The facility is very nice. Clean, very friendly people.

As a senior citizen I like the variety of exercise programs that you offer. However, the one thing that I and others in my age group do not like,that frequent the Batavia Branch, management does not keep the temperature of the inside area of the pool and the pool water at a consistent warm temperature.
I like the Volleyball at Noon on Mon, wen, Fri. and the exercize room
The Clermont YMCA has a diverse number of activities with the certified instructors to lead each of them. My wife Loraine and I are in the Silver Sneakers Classic group and - for now it suits us as an introduction into something perhaps a little more strenuous such as a cardio class with some machine workouts ultimately to round out our modest goals. And of course there is also the track for walks when we feel that we need a little extra something before we head home which is nearby so the Clermont Y is especially convenient for us. I'm even thinking of the Adult learn to swim offering which comes around periodically as I've always wished I had learned as a younger person :0)...Thank You Clermont YMCA for being there for us all of these years...
