Swim lessons for my daughter have been very helpful, the workout facility is great for all of us, and the employees at the front desk are informative and helpful.

I’ve just recently joined but already enjoy the pool. Am looking forward to yoga and Tai chi. And I like the cycling machines and the treadmills.

I only attend water exercise on Monday and Wednesday with Cathie. I try not to miss bc it is the best for my health and well being.
