I plan on using the pool and gather with my friends for chair airobics
I am enjoying having access to the treadmills, that way I can get a walk in when the weather is bad outside (snow, cold, or rain). In the summer time we enjoyed using the pool. Also love the community there and socializing. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.
Clean friendly environment
Water Aerobics is awesome. Cathie provides wonderful music with a specific theme each class. She takes a lot of time and care creating her routines. She varies the exercises and uses different props to keep exercising fun and interesting. If you have taken classes elsewhere you will notice the difference immediately. Thank you, Cathie!!!!!
Everything. Variety of exercise programs,warm showers, excellent instructor for water classes Cathy makes it interesting with special music &new moves. Only complaint is sometimes the water is cold
Please don't add water right before our morning classes, it doesn't have time to warm up.
I enjoy my time when I’m there taking the Silver Splash water classes. My wish is that the pool is a bit warmer and the hallway leading to the locker rooms is warmer in the Winter months.

I like the comradery in the exercise weight room, and the special bench pressing rack (Smith's), as it is very safe for me to bench press on. No other local YMCA has it.

Ease of scheduling
I just did the first chair aerobics. It was my first time there so not really wanting to respond until I have been there a few time. Although I will say this I enjoyed the session with my first time at yoga aerobics.

Really enjoy the volleyball sessions three times a week - very sociable and a good workout as well.
The friendly people but need more low impact dance and aerobic classes for seniors

I like all the programs offered at the y. That’s why I joined. Only thing, I do wish the hours were longer on the weekend. I don’t get off work until 2:30, added drive time is about 30 minutes so I only get to enjoy facility for about one hour. And right now I’m pregnant, I wish there was a pregnancy yoga class I could take since I’m limited in what exercises I can do. Over all would definitely recommend to friends and family!
