I love the group exercise classes. We would all appreciate it if we could have our large group exercise room back. It was taken away after COVID.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like to do lap swimming and the Y has a good facility for this. When all of the lap lanes are occupied there always seems to be someone who will share a lane. The staff are friendly and the other members seem to be outgoing.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I haven't been there yet but I did do a walk around. I'm confused about when you can go to the pool? Can you just walk in and just go swimming. I am interested in doing some exercising with the walking. I don't know what you call it. But I definitely need to get back in shape. With menopause you definitely have to.

Very warm and welcoming people and employees. Lots of classes to take, plenty of swimming too.

We like the open gym and open swim. It's also nice to have the childcare to be able to attend classes.
