What do you like about our programs and activities?

There’s a good mix of classes and programs, depending on what you like to do. I don’t have a problem finding a machine to work out on.

Love Kathy’s class (triple threat) on Tuesdays. And that it seems that you guys are always getting new equipment in such as slam balls and tire flip.

The staff are always very helpful and very friendly. The facilities are always clean and tidy. I really enjoy coming to the gym to workout.

need soap in showers, all empty sometimes. pool closed because of no lifeguard on weekends, need notification(waste trip and pay for parking). All else great.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I don’t participate in the classes or activities. Actually, my only trouble sometimes is finding open space to do my own workout when there’s a class on the main level with the treadmills, rowing machines and kettlebells.
